The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase. 
Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.

The product is good, although the position is not entirely accurate, it works relatively well as long as there is good coverage. The battery does not last the indicated time (5-7 days), but for me, having it last 1 or 2 days in precision mode is sufficient. I use it with a €1 monthly SIM card, so even though it's not perfect, it's better than €6 monthly subscriptions.

The product is of good quality. Strap, contact charger. The size is a bit large for a young cat, so I placed it on the back of the harness. Initially, positioning takes time to adjust and should be done outdoors. The location mode turns on lights on the GPS but does not emit sounds.
